We appreciate your interest in exhibiting at the iGrow Girl 2020 Expo. To ensure a well-rounded Expo experience for our attendees, we have implemented an application and approval process. Please read the Expo requirements below and then fill out the application form. 


What Exhibitors Need to Provide:

  • All Expo exhibitors are required to have an interactive component (e.g., spin wheel, games, prizes, etc.) at their table (more than brochures and handouts).

  • Exhibitors are responsible for any insurance(s), license(s), sales tax or other lawful business requirements. iGrow Girl and its partners cannot advise on tax or business requirements.

  • Giveaways are encouraged! Please consider healthy treats and snacks if offering treats or snacks. 

  • All exhibitors must keep their table staffed for the entire event. Exhibitors are to be set up by 8:45 AM and can break down at the conclusion of the event at 3:00 PM.

What Exhibitors need to know...



  • Exhibitor tables should be staffed for the entire event. Each person working the table will need an Expo pass or ticket. 

  • Exhibitor tables should be completely set up by 8:45 AM. 

  • Exhibitors who are not set up and ready to go by 9:00 AM will be considered a no-show. No-show spaces will be removed and no refunds will be given.

  • Participants may not break down their exhibits until the end of the event at 3:00 PM. At that time, exhibitor must remove all items including any trash or debris that results from their exhibit activity. Please leave the space as you found it.

  • Exhibitors may arrive on the day of the event as early as 7:45 AM to set up their tables.  

  • Doors open at 9:00 AM. Performances and programs begin at 10:00 AM and will continue until 11:30 AM.

  • There will be a lunch break for attendees from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Attendees will be encouraged to visit exhibit tables during that time. 

  • A light lunch will be provided for exhibitors in a separate area. Please remember that tables should be staffed at all times during the event, so exhibitors should plan breaks accordingly.

  • Panel discussions and workshops will resume at 12:30 PM and end at 2:00 PM. 

  • Doors close at 3:00 PM. All booths must be broken down by 4:00 PM.

  Exhibitor Categories  

  • Exhibitor tables will be grouped in the following categories: 

  • Mental/Emotional health services and resources 

  • Creative arts & crafts, community services and resources

  • Physical fitness, healthy habits, lifestyle choices, and nutrition

  • Relational health and wellness including online habits, services, and resources

  • Other healthy girl/family products and services  

  Exhibitor Set Up 

  • Exhibitors will be provided with two chairs and a 6 ft. table. Tables cannot be shared by separate organizations EXCEPT for girlpreneurs who will be assigned 2 per table. 

  • Exhibitors are responsible for cash boxes, signs, and any other items they wish to use. These items must fit on the 6ft. table. Exhibits must be arranged in such a way as to avoid interference with other exhibitors.  

  • The venue cannot accommodate wall banners, wall posters, or other wall and ceiling hangings. Display boards should fit in the confines of the exhibitor's table space. 

  • We reserve the right to censure exhibits that do not align with the values and message of iGrow Girl or the purpose of this event. 

  • Exhibitors are responsible for their money, personal items, and products. iGrow Girl and its partners will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

  • iGrow Girl and its partners will not be able to provide change or credit card readers. If you choose to accept electronic payments, your device must operate wirelessly.

  • Complimentary WiFi service will be available.    

  Exhibitor Info 

  • Exhibitors who are selected to participate in the Expo are encouraged to share and promote the event on their social media sites as well as onsite at their business establishments as applicable.

  • Exhibitors who participate in the Expo will be consenting to be filmed and/or photographed for promotional purposes, and release those images to iGrow Girl and its partners.

  • iGrow Girl and its partners reserve the right to accept or deny applications based on event needs to ensure a memorable and well-balanced Expo. 

  • Exhibitor applications will be accepted and reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants will be notified of acceptance/denial via email.  

  • Once an application is approved, exhibitors will need to remit payment of the total cost of the exhibit space to reserve the space.

  • Exhibitor fees are non-refundable but may be transferred with the written approval of iGrow Girl and its partners. The request for transfer must be made in writing.

  • Changes or additions in exhibitor spaces from the original approved application must be submitted in writing to iGrow Girl for approval. Changes or additions may be denied based on other approved exhibitor applications in an effort to maintain a variety of offerings.
