A Little Fun Goes A Long Way

Relational health habit - Let’s take a minute to talk about our relationship with fun. What’s fun for you? Can you list 5 things that you consider fun—things that make you giddy with excitement and bubble up with laughter?

If we’re able to make a fun list then at least we know what fun is. Next question—when was that last time we did any of the things on our fun list? When was the last time we had “fun”?

It’s been a while for some of us; too long for many of us. If you had a hard time thinking of fun things to do, here are a few ideas to get you started:

* Have a costume night.

* Have an indoor picnic.

* Have a scavenger hunt.

* Host a themed movie night.

* Play games (board, sports, word).
